Complete Shop Setup

Complete shop setup so billing, inventory, online store, and team work correctly.

Before you start

1. Create your account with phone OTP and password.
2. Create or open your shop.
3. Keep shop name, address, logo, payment details, and staff details ready.

Steps

1. Open Settings.
2. Use App profile for app-level details.
3. Use Store profile for shop name, address, logo, GST number (GSTIN), and public shop details.
4. Use Configuration to set UPI, invoice format, GST tax invoices (if registered), and a 4-digit Payment PIN where required.
5. Use Online Store if you want customers to see products online.
6. Use Team to invite staff with the right access.

What happens next?

• Add products in Inventory and make your first bill from Billing.
• If you manage more than one shop, switch shop before changing shop settings.
