Go Online

Set up your online shop so customers can browse and place orders where available.

Before you start

1. Complete Store profile in Settings.
2. Add products and stock in Inventory.
3. Decide which products should be visible online.

Steps

1. Open Settings.
2. Open Online Store.
3. Check catalog visibility, product availability, and store details shown there.
4. Save the settings.
5. Share the store link from the online shop area when ready.

What happens next?

• New online orders appear in Online Orders.
• Follow the flow: New order > Accept > Make bill > Ready for pickup/Send for delivery > Complete.

Having trouble?

• If customers cannot see the shop, open Online shop is not visible.
