First Product

Add your first product so you can bill it and keep stock.

Before you start

1. Open the correct shop.
2. Keep product name, sale price, unit, and opening stock ready.
3. Keep a product image only if you want to upload one.

Steps

1. Open Inventory.
2. Tap Add Product.
3. Enter name, category, unit, sale price, cost, and stock.
4. For most items, keep Single product.
5. Upload a photo if you want.
6. Tap Save and check it appears in Inventory.

Optional: sizes or colors

If the product has choices (for example Size S/M/L), choose Has sizes or colors. Guide: Sizes, colors & options.

What happens next?

• The product can be used in Billing.
• If online store is on, check catalog settings before showing it online.
• Photos stay with the product in your shop.
