Simple keyboard shortcuts in your shop — jump to a screen, switch shop, open On Hold, add products, and more.

Keyboard shortcuts
When you are logged in to your shop on a computer, you can use simple shortcuts. Hold Ctrl (Windows) or ⌘ (Mac), then press one letter.
These work only inside My Shop — not on the public website, login page, or Help Center.
Anywhere in My Shop
| Shortcut | What it does |

| Ctrl/⌘ + K | Opens Go to — pick any screen from the list |
On Home
| Shortcut | What it does |
|---|---|
| Ctrl/⌘ + E | Opens Switch shop. If you have one shop, you see that shop. If you have more, choose from the list. |
On Billing
| Shortcut | What it does |
|---|---|
| Ctrl/⌘ + H | Opens On Hold |
| Ctrl/⌘ + D | Opens Pending payments |
Online orders
| Shortcut | What it does |

| Ctrl/⌘ + O | Opens Online orders (new orders) — works anywhere in My Shop |
On Inventory
| Shortcut | What it does |

| Ctrl/⌘ + + | Opens Add product |
| Ctrl/⌘ + I | Opens AI bulk add |
| Ctrl/⌘ + U | Opens Excel / CSV import |
Quick examples
- Ctrl/⌘ + K → choose Billing from the list
- On Home: Ctrl/⌘ + E → switch shop
- Ctrl/⌘ + O → online orders
- On Billing: Ctrl/⌘ + H → On Hold
- On Inventory: Ctrl/⌘ + + → add a product
If a shortcut does nothing
- Make sure you are logged in and inside My Shop.
- Some shortcuts only work on that screen (for example, Add product only on Inventory).
- Your staff role may not allow that screen.
- Switch shop needs at least one shop on your account.
