Open the forgot password page

Go to: https://www.localshopwala.com/auth/forgot-password

Or open the login page and tap Forgot password.

Before you start

1. Keep internet on.
2. Use the same phone number linked to your account.
3. Keep your phone nearby for the OTP SMS.

Steps

1. Open Forgot password.
2. Enter your registered phone number.
3. Tap Send OTP.
4. Enter the OTP from your SMS.
5. Set a new password.
6. Log in with the new password from Login.

What happens next?

You can log in again and open your shop.

Having trouble?

• No OTP → OTP not received
• Still cannot log in → Cannot login
