Delete account

Use this page when you want to understand account removal before you take action.

Before you start

1. Check all shops linked to your account.
2. Clear pending bills, Udhar entries, online orders, and purchases first.
3. Download or note any reports you need for your records.

Steps

1. Open your account area from the app menu.
2. Open Delete account or the account removal option if it is available for your account.
3. Read the warning shown on the screen.
4. Confirm only when you are sure you do not need access to this account.
5. Contact support if the app asks for manual help.

What happens next?

• Account removal can affect access to all shops connected with your login.
• Shop data is shop-scoped, so check each shop before you request deletion.
