Online Shop Not Visible

Use these checks when customers cannot see your online shop or catalog.

Before you start

1. Use internet.
2. Open the correct shop.
3. Keep your store link ready.

Steps

1. Open Settings > Store profile and check shop details.
2. Open Settings > Online Store and check catalog visibility.
3. Check products, prices, stock, and images in Inventory.
4. Open the store link in a browser.
5. Share the correct link again after saving changes.

What happens next?

• Customers should see the latest saved catalog when the shop is visible.
• New orders appear in Online Orders.
