Cannot Login

Fix login problems with phone number, password, OTP reset, attempt limits, or blocked shop support.

This guide is for shopkeepers using Troubleshooting in LocalShopWala.

Before you start

1. Check internet first.
2. Confirm the phone number, shop, or file you are using.
3. Try again after a short wait if the app shows a limit message.

Steps

1. Check phone number.
2. Type password carefully.
3. Use Forgot password if needed.
4. Wait if you see Too many wrong attempts....
5. Contact support@localshopwala.com if the shop is blocked.
