OTP not received

If the one-time code (OTP) SMS does not arrive when you log in or sign up, try these steps.

Before you start

1. Check your internet.
2. Confirm the phone number is correct (with the right country code if shown).
3. Make sure your phone has mobile signal for SMS.

Try this

1. Wait 1–2 minutes — SMS can be slow.
2. Check the spam / blocked SMS folder if your phone has one.
3. Do not tap Resend many times quickly.
4. Wait for the timer, then tap Resend once.
5. Move to a place with better network and try again.

If it still fails

• Try again later from a stronger network.
• Use Forgot password if you already have an account and password login works for you.
• Email info@localshopwala.com with your phone number (not your password).
