Online Shop overview

The online shop lets customers browse your catalog and place online orders when enabled.

Before you start

1. Complete Store profile.
2. Add products, prices, and stock in Inventory.
3. Set UPI and catalog details in Settings > Configuration and Online Store where needed.

Steps

1. Open Settings > Online Store.
2. Check catalog status and product visibility.
3. Save the catalog settings.
4. Share the store link with customers.
5. Watch Online Orders for new orders.

What happens next?

• Handle orders using New order > Accept > Make bill > Ready for pickup/Send for delivery > Complete.
• Use order history to review completed online orders.
