Receive

Receive a purchase order when supplier stock reaches your shop.

Before you start

1. Open the correct shop.
2. Check delivered items against the purchase order.
3. Count quantities before updating stock.

Steps

1. Open Purchase Orders.
2. Open the purchase order to receive.
3. Check each product and quantity received.
4. Enter received quantities as shown by the app.
5. Save receiving and check Inventory stock.

What happens next?

• Received stock becomes available for Billing and Online Orders.
• Purchase history and reports can show the receiving activity where supported.
