Stock

Update stock when items are purchased, adjusted, returned, or corrected.

Before you start

1. Open the correct shop.
2. Count the real stock before editing.
3. Keep purchase or adjustment reason ready if the app asks.

Steps

1. Open Inventory.
2. Search and open the product.
3. Open the stock update option.
4. Enter the correct quantity change or new stock value as shown by the app.
5. Save and verify the available stock.

Product with sizes or colors

Change stock on the Variants table for that product — each row is one combination. You do not need Change options for everyday stock updates. See Sizes, colors & options.

What happens next?

• Updated stock is used for Billing and Online Orders.
• When a customer places an online order, that stock is held aside until you complete, reject, or cancel the order (or the hold expires).
