Add a product

Add a product so you can track stock, make bills, and show it in your online shop.

Before you start

You need:

• a shop
• product name
• Sale price (what the customer pays)
• unit (kg, pcs, litre, and so on)
• current stock

Add a simple product

1. Open Inventory.
2. Tap Add Product.
3. Enter Product Name.
4. Choose Category (and subcategory if shown).
5. Choose Unit.
6. Choose pricing:
   • Single product — one price and one stock (most items)
   • Has sizes or colors — see Sizes, colors & options
7. Enter Sale price, Cost, and MRP if you use MRP.
8. Enter Stock.
9. Add Barcode if you have one (helps fast billing).
10. Add a photo if you want.
11. Tap Save.

GST % (when GST billing is on)

If your shop uses GST tax invoices:

1. In price & stock, set GST %.
2. Choose shop default, 0%, or a fixed rate (5%, 12%, 18%, 28%).

If you see “Plan limit reached”

Your plan cannot hold more products.

1. Tap View plans to upgrade, or
2. Delete unused products, then try again.

What happens next?

The product appears in Inventory.

You can change stock later from the product screen.

Photos you add show with the product in Inventory and on your online shop.
