View Balance

Check how much a customer owes or has paid in Khata Book.

Before you start

1. Open the correct shop.
2. Search with customer name or phone number.
3. Make sure recent bills and payments are saved.

Steps

1. Open Khata Book.
2. Search and open the customer.
3. Read the current balance shown on the account.
4. Check recent Udhar and payment entries if the balance looks different.
5. Use Give Udhar or Accept Payment only after confirming with the customer.

What happens next?

• The balance updates after every saved Udhar or payment entry.
• Customer details remain available from Customers.
