Use Khata history to check Udhar given and payments received from a customer.

Before you start

1. Open the correct shop.
2. Search the customer in Khata Book.
3. Keep the date range ready if you need old records.

Steps

1. Open Khata Book.
2. Open the customer account.
3. Check entries for Give Udhar and Accept Payment.
4. Open any linked bill or entry if more detail is needed.
5. Use the current balance before making a new Udhar decision.

What happens next?

• Accept payment when the customer pays back.
• Use Billing History for invoice-level details.
