Khata overview

Khata Book tracks udhar, payments, balance, reminders, and statement sharing.

Before you start

1. Add the customer name and phone number first.
2. Check the current balance before recording a new entry.
3. Use WhatsApp or PDF share after saving if the customer needs proof.

Steps

1. Open Khata.
2. Create khata for a customer.
3. Tap Give Udhar when the customer takes credit.
4. Tap Accept Payment when the customer pays.
5. Review You Gave and You Got.
6. Share PDF or WhatsApp summary if needed.

What happens next?

The customer balance updates for the selected shop.
