Use purchase reports to review buying activity from suppliers.

Before you start

1. Use Purchase Orders for stock buying.
2. Receive stock properly when items arrive.
3. Open the correct shop and date range.

Steps

1. Open Reports.
2. Open Purchase report.
3. Select date range and filters shown by the app.
4. Review supplier, product, and purchase totals shown.
5. Open Purchase Orders if you need order-level details.

What happens next?

• Use the report to plan supplier payments and restocking.
• Inventory updates depend on received purchases.
