Use customer reports to understand customer sales, activity, and dues shown by the app.

Before you start

1. Open the correct shop.
2. Select the date range or filters you need.
3. Make sure customers are selected during billing when you want customer-level records.

Steps

1. Open Reports.
2. Open the customer report.
3. Choose date range and filters shown by the app.
4. Review customer totals, activity, or dues.
5. Use customer profile for detailed history.

What happens next?

• Use the report for business review, not for changing bills.
• Open Customers for individual customer actions.
