Staff overview

Staff access lets helpers work in your shop without using the owner login.

Before you start

1. Open the correct shop.
2. Decide what each staff member should be allowed to do.
3. Keep staff phone number ready for invite.

Steps

1. Open Settings > Team.
2. Invite a staff member.
3. Select a role shown in the app.
4. Ask staff to accept the invite and complete OTP or password steps.
5. Review active team members regularly.

What happens next?

• Staff can access only what their role allows.
• Remove staff when they stop working at your shop.
