Roles

Roles decide what a staff member can see or do in the shop.

Before you start

1. Open the correct shop.
2. Decide the work the staff member needs to do.
3. Do not give extra access just for convenience.

Steps

1. Open Settings > Team.
2. Open invite or an existing staff member.
3. Check the role options shown by the app.
4. Choose the role that matches the staff member's work.
5. Save and review access after the staff member logs in.

What happens next?

• Role changes affect shop access for that staff member.
• Owner-level actions should stay with the shop owner.
