Use Team settings to invite staff and manage who can access your shop.

Before you start

1. Open the correct shop.
2. Keep staff name and phone number ready.
3. Choose the role based on the work the person should do.

Steps

1. Open Settings.
2. Open Team.
3. Invite staff or open an existing member.
4. Choose the role or access shown by the app.
5. Save changes and ask staff to complete login or OTP steps if invited.

What happens next?

• Staff access applies to the selected shop.
• Use roles carefully so staff get only the access they need.
