Customer History

Check a customer's bill and payment history for the selected shop.

Before you start

1. Open the correct shop.
2. Keep the customer's name or phone number ready.
3. Use Khata Book if you mainly want Udhar balance.

Steps

1. Open Customers.
2. Search and open the customer profile.
3. Open the history or bills section.
4. Review past bills, payments, and dates shown in the app.
5. Use the bill link if you need full invoice details.

What happens next?

• Use the history before giving more Udhar or accepting payment.
• For all bills, use Billing History.
