Billing history

Use Billing History to check completed, cancelled, or old bills for the current shop.

Works for both simple bills and GST tax invoices.

Before you start

1. Open the correct shop if you manage more than one shop.
2. Keep bill number, customer name, or date ready if you want to search faster.
3. Use internet so the latest records can load.

Steps

1. Open Billing History from the main navigation.
2. Use date, bill number, customer, or status filters if available.
3. Open the bill you want to check.
4. Review items, payment method, and total.
5. Share, print, download PDF, or cancel only if the app shows that action for the bill.

Cancel from history

• Counter bill — tap Cancel bill, then restore stock or remove the bill.
• Online bill — a warning appears. Type the word online to confirm. That cancels the bill and removes the online order from your Online Orders history and from the customer’s order list.

Print and download

Bill size follows Invoice format in Settings → Configuration:

Format	What you get
Thermal receipt	Narrow receipt layout for thermal printer
A4 PDF	Full page — good for GST tax invoice with signature

GST bills reprint with the same tax details that were saved at bill time (GSTIN, GST %, CGST/SGST or Total GST).

Simple bills reprint as normal receipts without tax breakup.

What happens next?

• Use Reports for day totals and Billing History for one bill at a time.
• Customer-linked bills also appear in Customer history.

Having trouble?

• If a bill is missing, check date filters and the selected shop.
• Wrong print size? Change Invoice format in Configuration.
• No GST on old reprint? That bill may have been a simple bill, or GST was off when the sale was made.
