Customers overview

Customers helps you save regular buyers and track their activity.

Before you start

1. Open the shop where the customer buys from you.
2. Keep customer details clean and up to date.
3. Use Khata Book for Udhar work.

Steps

1. Open Customers from the main navigation.
2. Add a new customer or search an existing one.
3. Open the customer profile to check details and history.
4. Use the customer during billing when needed.
5. Update details when they change.

What happens next?

• Customer bills can be checked from the customer profile.
• Udhar balance is managed from Khata Book.
