Store profile

Use Store profile to keep your shop details correct for staff, bills, and customers.

Before you start

1. Open the correct shop.
2. Keep shop name, address, contact, logo, and GSTIN (if you have one) ready.
3. Use a clear shop logo image if uploading.

Steps

1. Open Settings.
2. Open Store profile.
3. Update shop details shown by the app.
4. Upload or change logo if needed.
5. Save and check the shop profile or online store.

GST number (GSTIN)

If your shop is registered under GST:

1. Find GST number in Store profile.
2. Enter your 15-character GSTIN (example: 22AAAAA0000A1Z5).
3. Save.

After GSTIN is saved, you can turn on GST tax invoices in Configuration.

If you remove GSTIN, GST tax invoices will turn off automatically.

What happens next?

• Store profile changes apply to the current shop only.
• GSTIN appears on GST tax invoices when GST billing is on.
• Online Store can use these details for customer view.

Having trouble?

• GST toggle grey in Configuration? Add GSTIN here first, then read GST tax invoices.
• For invoice format and GST rates, open Configuration.
• For online store setup, open Online Store.
