Configuration

Open Settings → Configuration for payments, invoices, inventory defaults, and billing preferences.

Each section is a card. Tap the section title to expand or collapse it.

Digital payments (UPI)

1. Open Settings → Configuration.
2. Find Digital payments.
3. Enter UPI ID, scan QR, or upload QR photo (max 2 MB).
4. Confirm and save.
5. Protect changes with your 4-digit Payment PIN.

Invoice and receipts

Set how bills look when you print, share, or give PDF to customers.

Basic invoice settings

• Invoice prefix — used in sale numbers (example: INV-1042)
• Invoice format
  • Thermal receipt — small slip for thermal printer
  • A4 PDF — full page bill; good for tax invoice and signature
• Receipt footer note — thank-you line at bottom of bill
• Authorised signature — image on A4 PDF (optional)
• Invoice terms and Return policy — shown on A4 bills
• Auto round-off — rounds bill total to nearest rupee if you want

Tap Save invoice after changes.

GST tax invoices (for registered shops)

Available when your shop has a GSTIN (in Store profile) and your plan includes GST tax invoices.

1. Turn on GST tax invoices.
2. Choose How GST is applied:
   • Same rate for all products — set one default GST rate; override per product in Inventory if needed
   • Different rate on each product — set GST % on each product in Inventory; unset = 0%
3. Set Default GST rate (0%, 5%, 12%, 18%, 28%) when using same rate for all products.
4. Price already includes GST — keep on if shelf price already has tax inside (common for retail).
5. Tap Save invoice.

Set the default low-stock threshold used on this device.

Billing counter and display

These apply on the current device. In the app some labels still say POS — that means your billing counter:

• Print after sale
• Confirm clear cart
• Show stock on POS
• Hide zero-stock in POS
• Barcode scan beep
• Ask customer on bill
• Compact tables
• Show images

What happens next?

Billing and payments use the saved configuration for the current shop.
