Reviews

Settings → Reviews shows ratings and comments from online customers.

You can read them and reply. There are no separate “review switches” to turn on here.

Before you start

1. Open the correct shop.
2. Your online shop should be live so customers can leave reviews.

Steps

1. Open Settings.
2. Open Reviews.
3. Tap Refresh if you want the latest list.
4. Open a review to read it.
5. Tap Reply, write a short polite reply, and save.

What happens next?

Your reply can show with the review on your online shop.
