Hold a bill

Put a bill on hold when the customer will come back or you need to pause billing.

Before you start

1. Add the products the customer wants.
2. Use the correct shop.
3. Keep a short note or customer name if the app asks.

Steps

1. Open the running bill in Billing.
2. Check items and quantity.
3. Tap Hold.
4. Add a note or customer if asked.
5. Save the held bill.

What happens next?

• The bill moves to On Hold.
• Open it later from Resume held bill.
