Pending payments

Pending payments lists bills where money is still due — often after you shared a UPI payment link.

Steps

1. Open Billing, then Pending (or go to Pending payments).
2. See unpaid bills with amount and customer.
3. Open a row to share the link again or mark Payment received.
4. Tap Open on counter phone to show the QR on your shop counter screen (see Counter payment QR).
5. After you mark received, the bill is cleared from pending.

Online orders

If an online order bill is unpaid:

• You will see payment actions on the order card too.
• The customer sees Pay with UPI on their order page while the link is active.
• You must collect payment before marking Delivered or Customer picked up.

Important

LocalShopWala does not check your bank. Mark Payment received only after you really got the money.
