Take UPI payment

Two ways to take UPI:

1. At the shop — customer scans your QR / pays your UPI ID, then you complete the bill.
2. Payment link — you send a link; customer pays on their phone; you mark received when money comes.
3. Counter phone QR — show the payment QR on a shop phone at the counter (Counter payment QR).

Before you start

1. Add UPI ID in Settings → Configuration.
2. Add products to the bill.
3. For share link, keep customer phone ready.

Steps (pay at counter)

1. Add products to the bill.
2. Choose UPI.
3. Ask the customer to pay your UPI QR or UPI ID.
4. Check your UPI app that money arrived.
5. Complete the bill.

Steps (share link)

1. At checkout, choose share payment link.
2. Send WhatsApp / SMS / copy link.
3. When paid, mark Payment received.
4. For an online order, the customer also sees Pay with UPI on their order page.
5. See leftover unpaid bills under Pending payments.

Important

• UPI money goes directly to you. LocalShopWala does not take it.
• The app does not auto-verify UPI. Always check your PhonePe / GPay / bank, then confirm in the app.
