Reject

Reject a new online order when you cannot fulfil it.

Before you start

1. Check stock and product availability.
2. Check customer request and pickup or delivery need.
3. Reject early so the customer is not kept waiting.

Steps

1. Open Online Orders.
2. Open the New order.
3. Review the reason you cannot fulfil it.
4. Use the reject option if it is shown.
5. Confirm the rejection.

What happens next?

• The order leaves the active flow based on app status.
• Stock kept aside temporarily is released according to the app flow.
