Accept an order

Accept means you agree to prepare the order.

Before you start

1. Check stock.
2. Check you can pack / deliver on time.

Steps

1. Open Online Orders.
2. Open the new order.
3. Check products, quantity, and customer.
4. Tap Accept.
5. If some items are short, use Accept available items when the app shows it.

What happens next?

1. Make bill
2. Pack and mark Ready or Send for delivery
3. Collect money if still pending
4. Complete only after handover + payment
