Complete an order

Mark the order Complete only when the customer has taken the items and the bill is paid.

Before you start

1. Make the bill for the order.
2. Mark Ready for pickup or Send for delivery.
3. If money is still pending, collect it first (cash, UPI at shop, or payment link).

Steps

1. Open Online Orders.
2. Open the order that is ready or out for delivery.
3. If you see Payment pending, tap Payment received after you get the money — or share the UPI payment link again.
4. When payment is clear and handover is done:
   • Pickup → Customer picked up
   • Delivery → Delivered
5. The order moves to History.

Important: payment first

• You cannot finish delivery or pickup while the bill has unpaid balance.
• You can still mark ready or send for delivery while waiting for payment.
• LocalShopWala does not check if UPI money landed in your bank. When the customer says they paid (or you see it in your UPI app), tap Payment received.

What happens next?

• Order shows as completed in History.
• Bill stays in Billing History.
• Customer can download the invoice from their order (after complete).
• You cannot Cancel a finished order from Online Orders. To undo the bill, use Cancel a bill and type online.
