New order request

When a customer orders from your online shop, the order lands in Pending (New).

Before you start

1. Keep notifications on during shop hours.
2. Open the correct shop.
3. Check you have stock.

Steps

1. Open Online Orders.
2. Open the new order.
3. Check customer, products, quantity, and pickup or delivery.
4. Tap Accept if you can fulfil it.
5. Tap Reject only if you cannot (give a clear reason).

What happens next?

Full flow: New → Accept → Make bill → Ready / Delivery → Collect payment if needed → Complete.

Stock for the order is kept aside as soon as the customer places it (while it is Pending), so you do not sell the same items twice at the counter.
