Order history

History shows old online orders — completed, cancelled, or rejected.

Steps

1. Open Online Orders.
2. Tap the History tab.
3. Search by customer name, phone, or order number if needed.
4. Filter by Completed, Cancelled, or Rejected if you want.
5. Open an order to see items, status, and bill.

What happens next?

• Use details for follow-up or checking records.
• Full invoice print / WhatsApp → open Billing History.

If you cancel an online bill from Billing History (and type online to confirm), that order is removed from this History tab and from the customer’s order list. It will not stay here as cancelled.
