Ready for pickup or delivery

When packing is done, tell the customer the order is ready — or send it out for delivery.

Before you start

1. Accept the order and make the bill.
2. Pack all items.
3. Check pickup vs delivery on the order.

Steps

1. Open Online Orders.
2. Open the billed order.
3. Check items and customer details.
4. Tap Ready for pickup if the customer will come to the shop.
5. Tap Send for delivery if your staff / partner will deliver.

About pending payment

You can mark ready or send for delivery even if payment is still pending.

You cannot mark delivered or picked up until payment is collected.

What happens next?

• Customer sees the status on their order.
• When handover is done and money is clear → complete the order.
