Make bill for an order
After you accept an order, make the bill so stock and money stay correct.
Before you start
- Accept the order first.
- Keep ordered items aside.
- Keep UPI ready if the customer will pay by UPI.
Steps
- Open Online Orders.
- Open the accepted order.
- Tap Make bill.
- Check products, quantity, and total.
- Choose how the customer will pay:
- Cash — take cash at shop or on delivery
- UPI — show QR / UPI ID at the counter
- Share payment link — send WhatsApp / SMS / copy link so customer pays on phone
- Udhar — only if you trust the customer on khata
- Save the bill.
What happens next?
- Mark Ready for pickup or Send for delivery.
- If money is still pending, share the link again or tap Payment received after you get it.
- The customer can also tap Pay with UPI on their order page while the payment link is active.
- You cannot finish the order (delivered / picked up) until the bill is paid (unless you allowed Udhar).
