Order Notification

Use these checks when you do not receive online order notifications.

Before you start

1. Keep internet on.
2. Allow notifications on the device.
3. Open the correct shop in LocalShopWala.

Steps

1. Open Settings > Notification settings.
2. Check that order notifications are enabled.
3. Check phone or browser notification permission.
4. Open Online Orders directly to see if any new order is waiting.
5. Keep the app available during shop hours.

What happens next?

• Even if a notification is missed, new orders can still be checked from Online Orders.
• Handle orders using the normal online order flow.
