Cannot Switch Shops

Before you start

1. Check internet first.
2. Confirm the phone number, shop, or file you are using.
3. Try again after a short wait if the app shows a limit message.

Steps

1. Open Switch shop.
2. Check that your account has access to the shop.
3. Refresh after internet is stable.
4. Log out and log in again if needed.
5. Contact support if access is missing.
