UPI QR or payment link problem

If customers cannot pay by UPI, check these steps.

Before you start

1. Check internet on your phone.
2. Open the correct shop.
3. Keep your real UPI ID ready (from PhonePe / GPay / bank).

Steps

1. Open Settings → Configuration.
2. Check UPI ID is correct (no extra spaces).
3. Upload a clear QR image under 2 MB, or remove a bad QR and save again.
4. Save, then try a small test bill with UPI.
5. For payment links: open Pending payments and share the link again.
6. For an online order, ask the customer to open their order in your shop and tap Pay with UPI. If they still do not see it, share the link again.
7. Ask the customer to open the link on their phone and pay in their UPI app.
8. When money shows in your UPI app, tap Payment received in LocalShopWala.

Remember

LocalShopWala does not take UPI money and does not auto-confirm bank credit. You confirm after you see the money.
