Too Many Attempts

Use this page when login, OTP, or another action is blocked because of too many tries.

Before you start

1. Stop retrying for a short time.
2. Check that phone number and password are correct.
3. Use OTP only for signup or forgot password flows.

Steps

1. Wait for the hold or limit message to clear.
2. Try again with the correct phone number and password.
3. Use forgot password if you do not remember the password.
4. Do not ask staff to keep retrying from many devices.
5. Contact support if the hold does not clear.

What happens next?

• Limits protect your account and shop data.
• Successful login uses phone number and password.
