This guide is for shopkeepers using Troubleshooting in LocalShopWala.

Before you start

1. Check internet first.
2. Confirm the phone number, shop, or file you are using.
3. Try again after a short wait if the app shows a limit message.

Steps

1. Use JPEG, PNG, WebP, or GIF.
2. Keep product images under 5 MB.
3. For UPI QR, keep image under 2 MB.
4. Check internet.
5. Try uploading one image at a time.
