AI could not read my invoice

AI Bulk Add can read an invoice photo (or a shelf / product photo) and also voice.

If AI finds nothing useful, try the checks below.

Before you start

1. Check your internet.
2. Check you have AI credits left on the AI Bulk Add screen.
3. Use a clear photo of the invoice or products.

Try this

1. Open Inventory → AI Bulk Add again.
2. Take a clear, bright photo of the invoice (or shelf). Avoid blur and cut-off text.
3. Make sure the product names and prices are readable in the photo.
4. Try again once.
5. Or use voice and speak product names slowly.
6. Always check the list before you save.

If it still fails

• Add products by hand: Add a product
• Or use Excel: Bulk Import
• Buy more credits if the app says credits are finished: AI credits
