Before you start

2. Confirm you are in the correct shop.
3. Read the message shown by the app before retrying.

Steps

1. Try the action again once after checking internet.
2. Switch to the correct shop if the data looks wrong.
3. Check the related module: Billing, Inventory, Online Orders, Settings, or Reports.
4. Use the specific troubleshooting page for login, UPI, online shop, or notifications.
5. Contact support with clear details if the issue continues.

What happens next?

• Most issues are caused by internet, wrong shop selection, missing permission, or incomplete setup.
• Do not create duplicate bills or orders while retrying.
