Excel import failed

If Bulk Import fails or only some products save, use these checks.

Before you start

1. Check internet.
2. Confirm you opened the correct shop.
3. Keep your Excel or CSV ready (max 100 products, under 1.5 MB).

Quick checks

1. Use Excel or CSV only.
2. Keep the file under 1.5 MB.
3. Keep up to 100 products in one file.
4. Do not change required column names from the sample file.
5. Fill name, price, and unit on every row.
6. Fix rejected rows and upload again.

If some products saved and some failed

That is normal. Good rows stay in Inventory. Only failed rows need a fix.

Read the reason shown for each failed row, correct those lines, and upload again.
