Batches

Use batch details when your inventory screen asks for batch, expiry, or purchase information.

Before you start

1. Open the correct shop.
2. Keep product, quantity, purchase, and expiry details ready if applicable.
3. Receive purchase stock before selling it.

Steps

1. Open Inventory.
2. Open the product or stock entry.
3. Add or check batch details shown by the app.
4. Enter quantity and other required details carefully.
5. Save and verify the available stock.

What happens next?

• Updated stock is used in Billing and online orders.
• Low stock can be checked from Low stock.
