Delete Product

Remove or stop using a product when your shop no longer sells it.

Before you start

1. Open the correct shop.
2. Check if the product has stock, bills, or online store use.
3. Make sure staff are not billing the product right now.

Steps

1. Open Inventory.
2. Search and open the product.
3. Review stock and product details.
4. Use delete, remove, or inactive option only if the app shows it.
5. Confirm the action and check the product no longer appears for sale.

What happens next?

• Old bills remain available in Billing History.
• If the product is only out of stock, update stock instead of deleting it.

Having trouble?

• To change details without removing it, open Edit product.
