Add products with AI

AI Bulk Add can read an invoice photo, a shelf or product photo, or your voice.

It suggests products. You check and fix details before anything is saved.

How it works

1. You take a clear photo of an invoice (or shelf), or speak product names.
2. AI suggests a list.
3. You fix unit, stock, cost, and sale price.
4. You save into Inventory.

Before you start

1. Open the correct shop.
2. Make sure you have AI credits left (shown on the screen).
3. Use a clear invoice photo, or speak product names slowly.

Steps

1. Open Inventory.
2. Choose AI Bulk Add.
3. Upload a clear invoice photo (or shelf / product photo), or use voice.
4. Wait for AI to finish.
5. Review every row — fix name, category, unit, stock, cost, and sale price.
6. Tap Add to inventory (or the save button shown).

If credits are finished

The app will ask you to buy more credits, or you can wait until your plan renews.

You can also add products by hand or with Excel. See AI credits.

If you see plan limit

Your plan may not allow more products.

Tap View plans to upgrade, or remove unused products first.

What happens next?

Saved products appear in Inventory and can be billed like normal products.
