Add or change product photo

Photos help you recognise products quickly and look better on your online shop.

Before you start

1. Open the correct shop.
2. Use a clear photo of the product.
3. Use JPEG, PNG, or WebP. Keep each file under about 5 MB.
4. You can add up to 5 photos per product.

Upload your own photo

1. Open Inventory.
2. Add a product or open one to edit.
3. Tap the photo area.
4. Choose Upload or Take photo.
5. Pick a clear image.
6. Tap Save.

Use a photo the app suggests

If the app shows matching photos for the product name:

1. Tap a photo you like.
2. Save the product.

What happens next?

The photo shows with the product in Inventory and on your online shop (when the shop is live).
