Low Stock

Use low stock to find products that need purchase or restocking.

Before you start

1. Keep stock quantities updated after billing and purchases.
2. Set alert level where your inventory screen supports it.
3. Open the correct shop.

Steps

1. Open Inventory.
2. Open the low stock view or filter.
3. Check products below their alert level.
4. Create or plan a purchase order if stock needs to be bought.
5. Update stock after receiving items.

What happens next?

• Restocked products become available for Billing and Online Orders.
• Use Reports for a wider inventory view.
